I need help finding a united nation treaty article 55.?

Question

I have been looking for the United Nations treaty articles 55 and 56 online. I was told the year applicable was 1992. The topic was the disolution of the US constitution if the UN decided it was necessary. I heard about this treaty on You Tube. I am not sure if the info was accurate or not or if it was something akin to writing on a bathroom wall. If you can help with a link or info I would appreciate it.

I have no clue who has been telling you these wonderful things, but they are simply not true.  There is nothing like that stated in the UN Charter at all.  Dont believe everything you seen on the internet (except me lol).

Article 55

With a view to the creation of conditions of stability and well-being which are necessary for peaceful and friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples, the United Nations shall promote:

a. higher standards of living, full employment, and conditions of economic and social progress and development;

b. solutions of international economic, social, health, and related problems; and international cultural and educational cooperation; and

c. universal respect for, and observance of, human rights and fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, s*x, language, or religion.

Article 56

All Members pledge themselves to take joint and separate action in co-operation with the Organization for the achievement of the purposes set forth in Article 55.
