I need help finding how how to buy the CD for the following color songs. I don't know who the artist is?

R-E-D red, R-E-D red, I can spell red, I can spell red, Firetrucks are red, stop signs are too, R-E-D, R-E-D.

They do all of the basic colors. I have the lyrics but don't know who the artist is.

I think its the Frog Street Press CDs.  Here's a link to where you can buy it at Amazon.  They have other cds besides colors too.
