I was at the beach and felt like there were little things stinging me in my bathing suit bottom. I know they weren't jellyfish because I found them and picked them off of me. They were very small, about the size of a the head of a pin. They were white in color and it looked like they had little black flecks in them. They moved around and were very annoying. I didn't find any bite marks or stings but they were a big enough nuisance that I didn't go back in the water. I tried looking up what they were but couldn't find anything. They didn't really bother myopen skin they just got under my suit and that's were they did the damage. If anyone could help me, I would appreciate it.

  1. Maybe they were Sand Fleas?? Sorry not much help on this one. Remind me never to go to the beaches in Galveston.

  2. Possibly sea lice, which are thimble jellyfish larvae.
