I need help finding some information for ExxonMobil?

I have researched the ExxonMobil websites and various other sites and seem to be having a hard time locating information. Can anyone help me find some information concerning which government entities regulate the securities that ExxonMobil issues? There has to be a site out there that provides this information. I have been researching this for two days and have found nothing that discusses government entities that regulate Exxon's securities. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't try exxon mobil itself. If you are looking at securities issue, may I suggest that you look at the financial companies and then from there look up exxonmobil.

Maybe even the ethical NGOs and then from there, again exxon mobil. This way, more information can be gathered - without threats (know what I mean).
