I need help finding this recipie?!?

So, about a year ago i went to Budapest, Hungary. and i ate a delicious plate of chicken breast stuffed with peaches. Ive been trying to find the recipie but ive had no luck so far.

if anyone knows what food im talking about could you please find the recipie or at least tell me approx. what ingredients ill be using?

    PEACH STUFFED CHICKEN b*****s

    MAIN INGREDIENTS:

    4 boneless, skinless chicken b*****s

    1 pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix

    1/4 c. butter

    2 peaches (fresh or canned), chopped

    2 tbsp. orange juice concentrate, thawed

    SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

    3 tbsp. orange juice concentrate, thawed

    2 peaches (fresh or canned), chopped

    1 can cream of chicken soup

    Prepare stuffing mix according to directions. When cooked, add 2 peaches and 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate. Flatten chicken by lightly pounding. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of stuffing mixture to center of each breast.

    Roll chicken up around stuffing and secure with toothpicks. Pour some orange juice over chicken in baking dish. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Mix sauce ingredients well and pour over chicken. Bake an additional 1/2 hour. Serve.

    Serves 4.

    PEACH STUFFED CHICKEN b*****s  

    6 boneless chicken b*****s

    1 1/2 tsp. salt, divided

    1/8 tsp. pepper

    3 fresh peaches, diced

    1/2 c. onion, chopped

    1/2 c. cashews, chopped

    1/8 tsp. ground ginger

    1/2 c. butter

    Flatten chicken breast with a mallet; sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside. Combine next 4 ingredients, stirring well. Place 1/4 cup filling in center of each breast. Fold sides over and secure with a toothpick. Melt 1/2 cup butter in a 9 x 13 pan and place b*****s top side down in butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn chicken and bake for 20 more minutes. Serve with creamy fresh peach sauce. Serves 6.

    SAUCE:

    2 fresh peaches, peeled and diced

    1 c. commercial sour cream

    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed

    2 tsp. dijon mustard

    1 tbsp. brandy (optional)

    1/4 tsp. salt

    Combine all ingredients in saucepan and place over low heat for 10 minutes, or until sauce is heated thoroughly.
