More specifically, a year ago I started complaining about constantly being nauseous and pain after I ate and was put on IBS medication. It had minimal results. It turns out I have food allergies which seem to me to be increasing by the day. My doctor said to avoid eating out and pretty much only eat organic at home (which is very hard in a small town) until I can be tested and treated at the allergist which isn't until September. I have been buying mostly organic but some non-organic with no artificial preservatives/colors and ingredients that I know to avoid but again after eating something preservative and color free I'm racked with horrible pain and nausea. It feels better starving than eating. What would you do??
