I need help for my ecology assignment...please?

Interview three people of different age, gender and socio-economic groups . Ask each one how aware he or she is about the following questions, and find out each person's opinion on these questions:

1. Can you estimate U.S. population size? What do you know about the world population size?

2. Are you at all worried about world over-population? Why? Or why not?

3. Do you think over-population has any effect on you personally? If so, in what way?

4. How many children do you have or want to have? Why do you feel this is the appropriate number of children for you?

1) US= approx 300 million; World 6-7 billion people

2)Yes, very. Our population is growing too rapidly at an exponential rate. People are living longer and we are over extending our resources. The world will not be able to sustain long term at our current rates.

3)Yes, my little town is crowded and ever expanding into what used to be beautiful untouched land. Sometimes I just look around and feel sad that we are raping the earth for all that's she's worth with no regard for the future.

4) I have two step-children. As I get older I may have 1 more additional child. Everyone deserves to enjoy parenthood if they so desire, but there's no need to have 4, 5 or 18 children (Michelle Duggar - I'm talking to you!)
