I need help for my metal gear online?(PS3)

im having a problem about this online game. when i play with it,it comes out with message says "CONNECTION NOT STABLE".Can somebody help me please...

this happens when your connection isn't good enough, or there are problems with the host's connection. this happens on all online games, not just MGO. until everyone is using the same speed connection there isn't much to do about it if your connection is working like it should.

Just check and see how good of a connection signal you have in the network settings under settings in the home xmb menu screen. Have other online games been lagging quite a bit? This could be a very good sign of horrible connection.

check you internet connection try getting a more stable signal. or maybe its the hos problems. i t has happened to me sometimes.
