im doing my study guide and my teacher is awful and the test has stuff on it they we have yet to go over help please!

  1. 1.  A full EDTA tube should be submitted. Partially filled EDTA tubes affect the cells because EDTA is hypertonic (e.g. echinocytes will form in underfilled EDTA tubes). EDTA tubes should be more than half full.
