my 13 year old got pregnant by a 17 year old i call the cops an now his lock up but im scare that i would get deported because i don't have papers to be in the country...what would happen when i go to court

This is becoming more of a problem than ever before.  The courts are getting better at weeding out these teenage predators who hunt out little girls, and the predators are being tried as adults.

You shouldn't have to have much to do with the case, it's up to the District Attorney (in the US) to prosecute the boy.  Shield laws should protect your little girl.
