I need help from somebody living in the UK about a street address?

i doing a transaction with somebody in the Uk and i live in america. I just want to check if this address is a legit address because i cant find a way to check it online. They sent me this addresss

45 jamesmore street,manchestercity

London,SE6 4UN.

and the number + 44 7024015688

can anyone verify this and see if it is real or not? This is supposingly a company that does art and is called creative company. Is there anyway you could look in phone book or osmething to tell m e if it is legit or not? thanks i really need help..

The address looks very funky. I can't find a Jamesmore street, or a James Moore street, for that matter, anywhere in the UK.

Manchester city is an entirely different city, nowhere near London, and wouldn't be part of a London address.

SE6 4UN is Blythe Hill - a residential area. There is no street near to it with the name James or similar to it in there.

While there is a chance that it is legitimate, I'd be very cautious

It looks dodgy , Manchester City is not in London .I cant find the address anywhere,
