No you can't do it with those two photos.

If you want to do face/head swapping, you need to stick to a few rules:

The angle of view must be the same, i.e. both of them totally from the front or the same side, etc.

The lighting must match. Your friends  face has one side in deep shadow, the other blown out. It is totally different to the second photo.
