I need help getting an art portfolio ready im only a junior but i dont know what to darw or anything help me!!

im a junior in high school and currently asking friends and thier familys for advise on if i should continue art. i dont know if ill even make it to collage because my lungs have been calapsing alot and its put me on life support (they told me its fatal to have my lungs like this). i just need help on what u guys think collages look for in art and what they expect to see, lately ive been having a hard time figuring out what they actualy want in the portfolio and failed to get around cuz ive been stuk in the hospitial almost every night this month. please help me out i reallly need it to get into a good collage
