I need help getting music on my phone?

I just got a Sony Ericsson w350 and I really want to download music onto the walkman part of the phone, but I cannot figure out how to do this! I downloaded all the required stuff off the internet, but when I go to drag and drop a file it tell me that the access is denied? I cant figure this out at all. Can someone walk me through this? Thanks so much!!

i dont have this kind of phone cuz i live in japan and your choices are limited to softbank, au, or docomo.

but what i did, and this maybe kinda stupid, is record the music from my ipod or computer on my phone and set it as my ring tone or somethin like that. it usually works. it's not worth it if the download is all staticky. works for me.....

if its like my sony ericsson you need a memory card to put songs on it. i tryed for days to get around it but u cant. good luck
