I need help getting rid of this?!?

i have cellulite on my legs, and i hate it!

i walk 30 minutes a day and i do squats

is that a helpfull way of getting rid of them?

can anyone recommend something to help make them go away?!

  1. The 30 minute walk may not be enough aerobic excercise. Try running, cycling, kickboxing, - something to really get your heart rate up for thirty minutes a day. You should start to see some shrinkage of the fat cells in time. Just remember - the last place to put the fat on is the last place it will leave. It's a cruel joke of nature. And keep up the good work with the squats! Once your metabolism starts to pick up from the increased aerobic activity, the muscle you're building will help you to see results more quickly!   2. The only way to get rid of cellulite is to lose weight or get lipo-suction.
