Question

i have red rash on my upperlip frum waxing it looks ugly..

and it's preetty bigg. can you help me?

how do i get rid of it?

i can't even go anywhere because of it.

and i can't even show my face to anyone anymore=((

Use aloe vera lotion or Vaseline moisturizer on it at night or when you're at home. These are great for rashes, sunburns, and skin irritation so it will definitely get rid the whole ordeal. ANY lotion or cream that is particularly meant for minor irritation/redness/rashes/burns is good. Next time I would recommend that you use a wax that is gentle - it sounds like you have a case of sensitive skin.

I think it'll go away in less than a week, depending on how severe the waxing burn is. Probably a couple of days, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Be sure to cleanse your skin and wash it so the area doesn't get infected (if you ripped off a little skin where the hair follicles were). Be sure not to scrub your face roughly as this could prevent it from healing for a while.

Aside from moisturizer, it would help if you apply an antibacterial on the area. There is an irritation on your skin and to prevent any infection, always keep the area clean and then apply the topical antibacterial.

To keep it from turning red, apply hydrocortisone. It's an anti-inflammatory and would prevent the area from stinging too.

Try sudocrem the baby nappy rash cream it will clear it up quite quickly. It may be that your skin is too sensitive on your face for waxing. Maybe try a sensitive wax containing aloe.

I.. personally wouldn't know because I don't shave/wax my lip.. LOL. It'll probably and most likely go away. Try covering it up with a concealer or something if you need to go out.
