I want a short one (not too short), somewhere above the knees. Strapless, and under $100.

I was looking for a white or red one. Cool prints are okay, too.

Please help me. I have a budget and limited on choices.

i would probably say you could go to a local deb shop in your area. although ( i am just saying) maybe next year go a little bit earlier because first of all that gives your more time to decide and have your dress fitted correctly. bc the one you my buy might not fit you perfect and because it would just be less stress!! i would also try jcpenny good luck!!!
