i need to look good in a swimming suit like fast! what foods to stay away from? and whats the BEST workout to do?!!?!?

It doesn't matter what you do, if you try to lose weight too fast, you will just put it right back on.  You have to do it gradually.  The best thing to do is watch what you eat.  Look at nutrition facts of the things you eat, and keep track of your intake.  Also keep in mind your body type when counting calories.  A five foot person should not eat the same amount as a six foot person.  When working out, it is best to vary your activities and work all muscle groups.  This will help you lose the most weight as well as create balance in your body strength


  2. Stay away from fast foods and ones that are fried.

    Diets don't work, the best way to lose weight is to EXERCISE.

    Soooo take up swimming as a sport and I assure you, you will lose weight.

    I also hear that track (or any sport that requires lots of running - basketball, soccer) will help you lose weight too.

    Follow the food pyramid!
