I need help.. i'm stressing..?

as you guys noticed i've been asking about the Exxon Valdez oil spills..

now my question is that

what could have done to avoid it from happening beside the ship being doubled hull.???

any suggestion i need atleast 3 or more...

anything to prevent the oil spill from happening??

The officer of the watch should have been paying attention and keeping a proper look out on the bridge.

Safer ship routing.

Lower speed or tug assistance in tight water.

Smaller tankers for the transport of oil.

The captain should not have been drunk.

The U.S should use a lot less oil, and rely on wind, solar, nuclear instead.
