I remember being in your positon.  Last year I was trying out for the 6th 7th and 8th grade team and only one 6th grader makes it on the team so I was really nervous.  But I made it!  And this year I have to try out again for the same team but now I'm in 7th so I'm not that nervous.

Always remember: BE LOUD AND CLEAR!

If you can do cartwheels and tumbling, put some of those in your cheer.  Try to stretch often so you can become awesome at all of your kicks. Put lots of different kicks in to.  Good Luck! I really hope you make it and if you have any questions you can ask me.

Hey I am an 11 year old JV cheerleaders that just made it to the 6th grade and if you are thinking what is an 11 year old doing on JV well I i fit in i am tall like the other 8th graders on the team.I was the only 5th grader trying out with all 7th grade girls for JV and I made it now all the others are going to 8th and I am now in 6th.
