I need help identifing a plant?

Question

In my back yard i was looking around and found a plant that looked very funny. It had fruits about the size of a mans fist and they were green bumpy and covered in brown hairs 1 inch long not like peach hairs. It was a little hard to tell how tall the plant was because it is surrounded by trees and vines but it looked about 10 feet tall (I could be way off). When i broke the fruit open their was a lot of milky juice inside like a coconut. Any help identifying this strange plant would be greatly appericeated!
