I need help identifying a lizard I found?

It is small and thin, shiny, slick-looking, it has tiny feet with thin legs, black on the sides with a thin white edge towards the top and brown covering the top of him. does anyone know what kind he might be?

If he is slim and skinny, he is most likly a skink.
