I believe I was poisoned after eating ergot. I accidentally ate it as a child and I noticed in some rye. I tasted a few kernels and it seemed exactly the same. After that, I had several hours of irrational behavior and a severe inability to form long term memories for at least a few days. I am trying to find a lab or someone in the Orange County area of Southern California that might know how to identify it positively.
