I need help...in a lot of pain...?

Ok so today was the first day of school for me :(

when i was waiting for the bus one of my friends was wiggling the red and white thing coming out from the fire hydrant and i grabbed it and now i have like stuff stuck to my hands and it hurts. I was told it was fiber glass but i dont know

What is it? what can i do to get rid of it?

  1. it sounds like fiber glass, try washing your hands in vinger or milk.
