how do u upgrade your phone? it says you can but i dont know how

  1. You can't choose to upgrade your phone yourself.  However you will get a better one soon after you unlock Algonquin when doing the mission "Photo Shoot".


  2. It gets automatically upgraded when you get further in the game. Just keep doing missions and eventually you'll get your new phone.
