put your name and adress in under personal then put employent history and a few referees you might have keep it all simple use 14-16 font and yer get typing.

If this is your first job, then your resume is in your hands right now.  You can't have a blank resume.

They usually have generic applications and do not require a resume.

I've worked in countless bars and restaurants...none have required or even hinted that they want a formal resume. The application will just ask your general info, education, and past work history. Have that info on hand - phone numbers, your supervisor, their address, etc. A few references too. It's easy straight forward stuff.
