its when your game has been sitting in a too cold or too hot climate for a long period of time, the same thing happent with my sappire, it think it doesnt allow you to migrate to diamond/or pearl

thats a good thing because if it dont say that means you cant grow more barries and other stuff that takes time

link up with pokemon FireRed or LeafGreen and use the berry fix thing... sorry for not being very precise but I haven't played that game for ages...
