I need help introducing myself to my class...?

Well in my class we have to introduce ourselves... I get really nervous speaking in front of people and don't know what I should say. I just need an example to follow... It needs to be 30 to 60 seconds... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, I'm Lori. *cute wave* I was sorta nervous about introducing myself, but I bet a lot of you guys understand. Well, I really love to read and I doodle all the time. Small introduction would be nice. So, try Hi my name is  Jane Doe. I'm from Alaska,  and I'm 17 years old. I enjoy bike riding, reading, and swimming. If this is a college class tell what your major is and that's all.

Don;t worry, you'll get used to it, I usually get sick or barf out my breakfast, but now, I can do a 30 minutes speech and add some jokes in it XD

Tips:

#1 Think everyone is in underware, but that won;t look great DX

#2 Don;t look at them straight in the eyes.

#3 Talk about your likes nad dislikes, your family members, your pets, and some accomplishement you're most proud of, and what you like to do in your spare times, and your name and what languages you speak and what town/city you were born in.
