I need help leveling my characters in final fantasy 10. Wheres the best spot?

I herd there was a monster in the omega caverns you give an elixer to and u get 80000 experience is this true? if so where is he?

Well the Omega Ruins is a great place to level up characters but make sure you're well prepared. Some of the monsters can be quite challenging if you don't have the proper equipment (especially the Great Malboros). Make sure you have armour that protects from status effects.  The Monster Arena in the Calm Lands is also a great way to gain sphere levels, and you can choose which monster you want to fight, (provided that you have captured them) but it does cost gil.
