  1. Well your height is determined by your genetics. If you parents are tall or mother's/father's siblings are tall you will have a tendency to grow. However, if your immediate family is around your height than the likelihood of outgrowing them is slim.

Your voice should change shortly. The average is around age 14 or 15. This is average meaning out of a group this is the average age for it to change. If you hit late teens (18-19) to early 20s I'd go ask a doctor.

As for your BMI. You are right in the normal weight range.

Just have patience, nature will work it's course. Just observe your immediate family and their siblings to get a gauge on your height.

  2. no milk doesn't help you grow!!

you can't really "do" anything! you have to wait until it's your time to change!  your body does what it likes when it wants! you have no control!

115 isn't fat by the way!  it's actually considered underweight!

try going to the gym a few times a week to gain some muscle! you'll look and feel better!

    good luck! x
