I need help like asap!?

ok i have lived with my gma for like my whole life and im 13 then my gma took my 3 yr old sis about 2 yrs ago cuz my mom didnt take her bake when my sis can to visit. then today we went to court to get cusdoty of her and my moms old bf is fighting it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and he and my mom are both criminals, he is a child molester, he steals things like that, and my mom steals, took my gma s social security #, ect. do u think that the judge will grant us cusdity of her? or my mom and her old bf?

Ask the court to stay with your grand mother don't be treated like your sister

If your Gma already has custody of you and is fighting for your sis, then most likely the court will award your sister to your Gma, assuming proper evidence is shown. good luck

im pretty sure your gma will win is your mothers boyfriend a registered child molester .... if so the court will def not let your mother have you try to get your gma to talk to the court and have you testify that you want to stay with your gma

If all that can be proven, then they are likely to not be granted custody.

If they are both criminals, and your mom's bf is a child predator, then they will probably not get custody.
