I need help looking for a volunteering center in Virginia?

Question

I've been wanting to volunteer with other teens that have autism...

or are mentally disabled...[like mental retardation or down syndrome]

[I'm also a 15 year old teen] I just want to help those who didn't chose their fate....If someone can help me find one near me...Thank you. <3

i used to live in Virginia. there are many places to volunteer there you can even open a phone book and find places. people are always looking for volunteers and there is always places open for it. if you can just find a center for mentally disabled teens I&#039;m sure if you just walk in they would love to have you. if they tell you, you don&#039;t meet age requirement, find out when they have visiting hours and go in and spend time with the teens anyway. even if your not considered a &quot;volunteer&quot; spending time with them would mean even more and give you more joy and fulfillment.
