Question:

I need help loosing weight?

I am 5'9 and i weigh 220 pounds. Im a female and i have a 2 year old son. My boyfriend and I ran into some money trouble last year and had to move back in with my parents. Anyways, i want to loose all this baby fat that i have. Before i got pregnant i was at 140 pounds and wanted to loose a little then, so its really hard for me. I was wondering if anyone could help me set up something that will help with my eating habits and everything. I dont go to crazy with my eating, i dont eat fast food and i dont eat food that is crazy unhealthy, maybe i could pick a few better things to eat but right now my mom and dad pay for the food so i dont get to pick alot of it. I knwo it sounds sad that we are living at home but there was personal issues, my boyfriend works all day long but just had started working after an accident the nearly almost left him paralized, i havent gotten a job yet but am looking for something. I dont have time to work out at the gym nor the money, i can take my son on walks when its cool enough. I tryed doing some work out videos at home but out home is not a solid concrete floor so it sounds hollow and makes alot of noice and everything shake. So i tend to not do that stuff in the hosue. I know my biggest thing is over eating. I was wondering if someone could help me come up with a meal plan that fits me best and will help me not want to over eat. I dont like a whole lot of meat and i dont like fish, i dont really lke a whole lot of fruits and i like some veggies but am kind of picky on those, although i do like more veggies then fruits or meat and have no problem just eating those. Thanks. Please no rude comments things are really tuff right now and we are trying to get things back under control, it was just hard.

  1. LISTEN, WAY too many excuses! You don't have the time? SURE you don't!!!! Send me your schedule, and I'll fit in an excercise routine JUST like I always do. You don't work, living with a support factor, and you don't have time??? You DO have time, you just DON'T want to do it.... You don't need the gym to lose weight - what you do need is a good attitude and dedication. You need to STRIVE to reach your goal. One thing that always gets me is when people say they do not have enough time.... It irritates me because it is not that they don't have enough time, it is that they're lazy!

    EDIT: Ohhh, believe me I'm not judging you at all.

    You are in the process of looking for a job? That takes 24 hours? I don't think so. Your child, I understand. I raise my brother and sister....My brother actually comes with me when I work out, he's a LITTLE KID but I tell him how to behave when we go to the gym or when I exercise on the street. He LOVES it!

    Why not push him in his stroller for an hour outside? Hold his hand? There's SO MANY things you could do.

    I work full time as a teacher - with personal training on the side, manage my brother and sister - yet STILL have time to maintain a nice body.

    Like I said, send me your schedule. There's no excuses.

  2. since you don't have much activity going on, you're going to need to decrease your calorie intake. that's what going to lower your weight. there are ways to do it a little easier than you may think. refer to the links

  3. food influences 66% of a healthy body weight,so you dont have a choice!stop being picky.do this at least for your child,even if not for yourself. you need to set your self as an example for him...go for walks as often as possible and do lots of pilates and yoga,which you can learn online totally free!

    So you really need to do 2 things:

    1 – Exercise.

    2 - Food control.

    I am agree with machooo man about you have no enough time, because who want to do anything doesn't search for excuses. No excuses = reaching the target.

    Ok let describe our 2 to-dos

    1- Exercise

    It is a must, you need no gym, first thing you must walk in a sportive manner for at least 1 hour every day.

    In addition you can work out at home doing non noisy things and they are a lot, or you can go to any open ear calm place to work out.

    1 hour for walking and

    1 hour for work out

    will give a very good effect in addition they keeping your figure and improve your health condition.

    2- Food control

    - use negative calories food like cucumber, carrots, orange…etc

    - Depend mainly on fresh vegetables and fruits

    - You can make your main meal with boiled onion, eggplant, sweet pepper, green pea, carrots, you can put your preferred spices on them to taste good for you, this type of food giving rapid feeling of filling up, and this feeling continues with you for a long time allover the day, it helps to loss your desire to food.

    - Continuous water drinking allover the day is beneficial, may use warm water if you can.

    - Eat meat but avoid marbled pieces, and like that do with fish and chicken, I main avoid fat contents.

    Now if you still have a problem with time, so use the time of eating to work out 
