I'm a 14 year old female, and feel pretty uncomfortable with my body image. Also, I checked what my BMI and weight would be considered- turns out, I'm 20 pounds overweight. I am very insecure about this, as it turns out it strongly raises my risk of type 2 diabetes, and I want to lose those 20 pounds, FAST. I need help. I don't like running, and I'm beyond bad at overcoming cravings, which are usually carbs. Theres an eliptical machine in my house, I use it sometimes, but it never seems to make very much of a difference. I am at a lose as to what to do to get rid of that weight.
Also, how long would it take for me to lose a pound doing a particular activity?
And, whats the deal with water weight? Is water good or bad for losing weight?
