Just make yourself a plan...make sure you never skip breakfast for you need it! try to work out at the gym for 20 minutes...you can also do a lot of abs! trust me it helps the belly fat a whole lot! just make sure you eat! it is good to have at least 1200 cal a day...even though it sounds like a lot in reality its not.Go for a walk, play the sports you like to play just make sure you watch what you eat..and do not eat after 7! good luck!!
