I need help losing weight fast?

Hi, i'm a junior in high school i weigh 180 lbs...all fat. I need help losing weight. What would be a god diet and exercise routine to help me lose inches off of my stomach, get taller, and make me look healthier. Please Help!

As for being taller, make sure your posture is correct. Look into yoga, which incidentally will also regulate your appetite. Good luck.

I feel your pain, I weighed 250 lbs 3 months ago and I now weigh 190 lbs.  The first step I took was to decrease my serving size, a serving of meat should be no bigger than the palm of your hand and a serving of rice or potatoes should be 1/2 cup and eat lots of vegetables. For snacks eat fruit.  You should eat three meals a day and 2 small snacks and this will get your metabolism going. But you have to give up sweets and junk food. If you have to have a cookie or piece of cake make it one cookie and a very small slice of cake.  The next step is to get moving, walk, walk and then walk more. I walk in the morning and in the evening. Try walking to school. These are some of the steps I took to drop weight.  It is a life changing experience and you have to decide that this is something you are going to do no matter what. If you have that attitude you will make it. I decided to make the change because I began to suffer from high blood pressure and diabetes, you are young but you must get healthy to avoid these life long diseases.
