I need help making a Website?

Question

Ok so i work for a mobile Hawaiian Shave Ice place, My boss has been running it for 15+ years and has never gotten a website. He offered me 200 bucks if i could design one, with links to the menu, health certificates and stuff like that. We also want links to a page showing his mom's business(Baloons, costumes and party supplies) and his Brothers(Bouncers/Jumpers/Giant inflatable thinks you jump around in!).

Now i can make little websites like for guilds on world of warcraft, or myspace(I'm good at that). But making an actual domain is a problem, i need links to tutorials, all the help you can give! Im not talking like 5 lines of BS, i want the real deal! Thank you so much. We will have all pictures of the carts and what not by the end of the year. I appreciate all answers, best answer = 10 points!!!

You need to get more then $200.00, for all that work.  Don't let them short change you.

I have an ebook available for you to dl on my website that will give you info on hostings, domain names etc. It is detailing the stuff you need to get your site online rather than the actual design of a site. You can also find a link to a free website builder that may help you out.

Plan your design and what you want the site to achieve before you start putting it together, keep it simple and don't get caught up in adding crazy  effects that don't do a lot other than slow down the load times.

For only $200 my suggestion is to go with a free website builder like weebly.
