I need help making a final exam?

im trying to make a final exam for my little brother that is homeschooled, but i dont know what to put on it so do you know any sites with like english final questions or somethings

I have used several sites that have tests included with the lessons.  

I really like this site it covers all the English needed for freshman comp.  I cut and pasted the self tests to Microsoft Word, so that I would have a permanent record.

This site covers 100 classroom hours of English work and has exams built into it.  I found it very easy to brush up on trouble spots then have them do the test.  These tests can be printed out for a permanent record.  It is free if you click that you are a homeschooler.
