I need help making an army list with Dwarfs for Warhammer?

I'm playing a 500 point game against 250 points of High Elves and 250 points of Lizardmen. I'm fairly certain neither will use magic sence it's a low point game and Dwarves have the best dispelling abilities in the game (as far as I know). Any advice, also the High Elves player is REALLY good, and the Lizardmen leader is decent, I'm better than him but the high elves player is better.

Excuse me?  You're playing High Elves and Lizardmen and you think they won't take magic??  They will, trust me.  Probably a level 2 Slaan mage-priest if I'm any judge.  And possibly a level 1 High Elf mage, too.  Dwarves may have a natural resilience to magic but it doesn't make them immune and with all that slow trudging across the battlefield you have to do, they'll get plenty of opporunities to use it!  I'd expect to see lots of archers in the Elf army, plus some spearmen.  The new rules for High Elves make them at least a match for Dwarves in combat.  The Slaan will probably then fill up with Sauruses, ready to charge your pin-cushioned Dwarves once they've made it as far as the enemy's lines.

Your best friend in a battle like this is going to be blackpowder, so get yourself some Thunderers and at least one cannon (get an organ gun, too, if you've got the points).  Put your general in as large an army of Dwarf Warriors as you can afford.

Cant help much cause I play 40k but try to find a way to kill the lizards easily. I used to play them and they die very fast.

the most immportant thing is to remember all your upagrades and rules.  hope this helped
