I need help making monkey bread

Question

I want to make monkey bread and the directions say to use a 12 cup fluted tube pan, if i don't have one what can i use instead?

Oh, don't listen to those directions!  You can use whatever pan you have available, so long as it has room to "grow".  I've used a cake pan and a regular loaf pan before.  It won't look quite as pretty as an angel food, bundt, or fluted tube pan, but it'll taste just as great.

I agree with what Mountaingirl says, you can use any baking pan as long there is room for it to grow, and a cake pan work well also.

An Angel Food cake pan is what I usually use ......  You need something that's very deep like that though, since it will more than double it's size when it rises
