I need help making my own ringtone?

i want to make my own ringtone. i will download any software that is needed but i DO NOT have a internet on my phone. i want to make the ringtone and send the sound straight to my phone without having to use any MOBILE internet. can someone give me a website or anything i can use to do that? any help is very much appreciated (:

There are two ways I usually do it

a) Via Blue-tooth: If your PC/laptop has blue-tooth you can transfer it quite easily (Usb-based Blue-tooth antennas for PCs are about $10-15 on e-bay)

b) Via USB (check your Phone provider for any USB drivers or s/w you may need)

i have verizon, so idk bout your's, but what i do is record something, text it to myself, and then you can save it as a ringtone. i know that vzw phones are like that, but idk bout the others.

sry u cant record and text. can u text?  if so, then borrow a phone from a friend or sum1 and record it there and text.....might work.
