  1. try http://www.caloriecount.com it works great trust me everyone on it loses lots of weight. and if u eat fruits and vegetables instead of chips and fried foods that will help both your weight and acne problems. plus washing your face daily helps.

and for body hair there is laser removal but thats pretty painful, so i would just recommend shaving.

  2. woah well,

obviously for the weight prob. you just need to lower food intake, eat healthy foods, run, do crunches, all that good stuff

for the acne use Clean and Clear advantage acne control kit

for the hair just give it a good ol wax

oh and stop listening to the jo bros, if your not carefull i hear you will eventually combust

  3. Weight-go to a gym, walk a dog if u have one, cut back on the sweets and try to eat a maximum of 2,500 calories a day, jog, ride your bike to the store instead of driving, walk instead of driving, gosh there are SO many possibilities..

Acne-well, lets see, wash your face with warm soapy water(don't scrub your face, that will cause more acne. just pat your face)every morning and night, or use proactiv?

    Hair-maybe get laser hair removal

  4. To burn fat RUN RUN RUN!!!!

For your acne go to a dermatologist (look because there are some that are covered by your healthcare) Also the first dermatologist may not be the right one you might have to look around a bit.

A longer lasting way to get rid of body hair is to wax it (i love the prewaxed strips that you can buy anywhere and arent that expensive either). Because the hair is pulled out from the root the hair will grow in thinner and sparser, also hair wont grown for 4-8 weeks.

    Good luck :D

  5. Wash your acne with acne soap? Shave? Eat right and excersise how profound aye lol =]

  6. lower your calorie intake

then do exercise liek joggin and the fat will burn quick

jus liek moisturise and use spot cream before you go to bed and wash your face in mornin and shower EVERYDAY and use deodrant

    jus shave it off everynight

  7. Eat well and exercise 4-5 times a week. I know it's simple, but it will work, just probably not as fast as you may like.

Waxing is the cheapest form of long-lasting hair removal, but if you have money, electrolysis or laser treatments can be close to permanent.

As for the acne, I'm sorry I can't help with that.

  8. I think this is the most stressful time of the year: getting ready for school. Mine starts in 6 days and I'm working just as hard as you are to look my best. :)

Weight Loss: If your mom or dad has diet pills laying around, take one for every day that you EXERCISE. I don't want this turning into an eating disorder or something. Don't cheat and take one instead of exercising, because it WILL NOT work- so don't waste a day on pills. If you don't have the pills, exercise anyways. Sit-ups, crunches, and sprinting is great. Swimming is THE best sport you can play where you burn fat and calories- it's been proven- so do some laps around a public pool or your own, friends, family, ect. Sprinting is better than long-distance (MSN proved that a person who sprinted for 45 seconds at their fullest speed with one-minute intervals of rest burned fat faster than someone who jogged a mile.). It's hard to eat right, but cut back on fatty meats, eat fish in their place, and make a nice salad to fill you up, with fruits and vegetables as snacks.

Acne: Okay, so my acne was always really troublesome until I did some research for homemade facial masks. Mix together brown sugar and milk <---just enough to make it a paste, nothing watery or too dry, then put it on your face in slow circles for 5 minutes until it starts to dry. Leave it drying on your face for 2 more minutes, then rinse- your skin will be sooo much better. Use your regular facial cleanser (Neutrogena recomended)  *before* this. With body acne, cleaning your body with good soap (the ones that make you squeaky-clean like Irish Spring), not wearing any backpacks or shoulder purses until school (because they rub and cause irritation, which often leads to acne), and wear loose-fitting clothing, because if it's tight, it will cause irritation like backpacks, and it also causes more dirt, bacteria, and germs on your skin then usual, also leading to acne.

Body Hair: A nuisance. I'd go with Nair Lasting Results Gel Cream. It's about 8.50, but if you see any other Nair hair removal products (don't do a wax, its a waste of time- they have stuff where you smooth it on your legs, arms, and under arms, wait some 5-8 minutes, and rinse. It lasts longer than a razor.) at like, Target or Wal-Mart, feel free to pick it up.

Hope this helps and you look like a rockstar by the time school rolls in. :)

  9. Lose weight; GYM

umm the acne im having a problem with too, but the netrogena works great! and SHAVE!

    wear makeup

  10. Try exercising a lot, running, jogging, stomach crunches. Or a fun way that i like to do is to put on my ipod and just bounce around to fun, upbeat songs.

For acne, try proactive. And until it works, use some cover up.

Body acne, they sell stuff for that at like wal-mart but if it's really bad, try seeing a doctor.

Body hair, try nair, veet or waxing. Some hair salons do waxing.
