I need help memorizing french vocabulary?

Question

We have to memorize around 80 words for french. The quiz our teacher is giving us is going to be in the following format.....

He will give us the english word and we will have to write the french word. RThis means tat we will need to now the accents and whether it uses "le" or "la"

hey, lst yr i had 2 do this but in italian....

mi and mi friends made up funny words to match them for eg:

cupboard=armadio..... we put our arm(adio) in the cupboard

try reading the list of words alound just before you go to sleep at night,your brain prosesses the imfomation you leant at the end of the day,then it works backwards till it has converted all of the days memorys tolong term memorys,thats why it's easier to rember what you learn before you go to sleep

You could label everything around your house in french... write some labels and put the French word for "door" on your door, the french word for "draw" on your draw etc. you could also put the "le" or "la"... everytime you see a label, say it, and try to make a sentence of it, say "I'm opening the draw" or "I will close the door"
