I need help! nothing urgent though...

Question

to make this story less confusing, im using numbers. my friend (1) is being accused of being this other guys (2) baby's daddy. (1) says he hasnt slept with the girl since the middle of feb. The girls due date is jan.4. is there any possible way that my friend(1) could be the dad?

yes if you wasn't there when your friend was sleeping with the girl he could be lieing to you and saying what you want to hear but   all       i can really say is tell him not to be rude about this whole thing and  just go and take a DNA test and if it says he is  he can step-up and be the father or he can be a jackass if he's not tell him he needs to put his foot down and tell that girl to leave him alone tell him don't be hateful about it no matter which way it goes....... thats all i have to say

No if he was not with her since Feb.  If her due date is Jan then she concieved sometime in april.

Depends on if he is lying or not.  It only takes 9 months to have a baby.  Go get a DNA test.
