I need help on Ebay?

I bought a phone from eBay i send the money order to the seler after 1 week he send me a message saying he received the money order and he was on his way to the post office to send me the phone, i havent received the phone and its been 2 weeks i tried to contact the seller but he never replies back to my messages wat should i do?

contact ebay and let them know of the situation, so they will get involved, in the future make sure you check feedback and comments to help you out,/

Contact the people on ebay.  They will file a settlement dispute.  Just make sure you keep your copy of your money order.  In the future, try looking at a persons feedback rating before bidding on an item.  This can tell you so much about a person.  If you complain about this person, and they end up getting too many complaints about them, ebay will ban them from selling.
