Ok my tutor wont help as its an exersize but i want to be right since i will go back and study it.

Can you think one method you could use to assess whether yout internal Marketing plan has been a success in achieving the following outcomes:

1. Improving company loyalty

ANSWER:

  1. Simple.

    Send out a broadcast email every two weeks. The email would be a newsletter addressing issues from employee satisfaction to customer satisfaction.  It would include surveys and tips and general information.

    Then you track to see if your emails are being received, opened, and if anyone clicks through to your web site since a lot of what you will be talking about will also be on your web site.  

    E-newsletters can be sent to just employes, or just customers, or both.  You can have several versions to address any catagory.

    How's that?

    Having ONE method do all those things is tough, BUT not impossible.

    Let's call it the IF YOU WERE RUNNING THE COMPANY project.

    It's a simple survey...WE'RE PUTTING YOU IN CHARGE FOR ONE DAY, WELL O.K. WE'RE NOT, BUT IF WE D I D, WHAT WOULD Y O U THINK WE SHOULD DO TO:

    1) INCREASE THE LOYALTY OUR EMPLOYEES HAVE

         TO OUR ORGANIZATION AND TO EACH OTHER,

    2) HAVE HAPPIER EMPLOYEES, and

    3) MAKE SURE OUR EMPLOYEES GET TOP-NOTCH      SUPPORT FROM EVERYONE ELSE IN THE COMPANY.

    THE INTERNAL SURVEY/EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION IDEAS HAVE BEEN AROUND A LONG TIME, AND IN JAPAN THEY ARE COMMON PLACE !!!!
