  1. first of all, that is REALLY dangerous-you can land on your head and break your neck..

if you plan on being able to do a standing back flip, it's best that you first learn how to do a cartwheel and a backhandspring (a backhandspring is A LOT easier then a standing backflip)

  2. Okay...  Make Sure You Always Have A Spotter. Because You Can Get Seriously Hurt.. I Have A Question, Can You Do A Back Bend Or A Backhand Spring? If Not Practice Them First. And When You Got It, Keep Practicing With It, Like You Can Close Your Eyes And Do The Back Hand Spring With Your Eyes Closed. Okay When You Can Do That. If You Have A Trampoline You Can Practice On It First.. Did You Know Its Easier To Do A Round off-Then Back flip. Because You Get More Pressure And Speed So It Gives You Enough Amount Of Pressure To Do The Back flip.. But One Advice, When You Are Doing The Back flip If You Know You Cant Land Or Make It Put Your Hand Up So That Way You Wont Hit Your Head... Have Fun!! Hope This Helps.

  3. You need to quit that right now before you seriously hurt yourself.

Instead, do exercises and drills everyday and get into a class and work with a qualified spotter. Otherwise you are putting yourself at risk for paralysis or even death by trying to throw yourself around all on your own.

Here are some instructions, pictures, and videos of back tucks to supplement your classes:
