I need help on finding my half sister who was adopted..?

Question

all i know is that she used to live in peterborough.. im not sure if she still does. my mom gave birth to her when she was 19 and gave her up for adoption. my half sister is now 29 and both of her parents are teachers. i do not know her last name or first name but my mom named her Joy Teresa.. her adoptive parents changed her first name to something but kept her middle name (teresa). thanks for the help as usual :)
