I need help on formulating criteria on most organized office?

my org is coming up with a contest on the most organized office. can anybody help me with the criteria?

...like a kitchen.  Plenty of storage space.  Great filing system so you can grab something quickly.  Computer, desk, phone, chair, in __| orientation for the desk area.

The key here is "organized".
