I need help on how to connect internet?

my Mozilla internet is working but when i click on the regular internet it does not work please help

What is "regular internet"?  Mozilla is a web browser.  Your email program also connects to the internet.  You probably have other "regular" internet programs.

If you're talking about Internet Explorer, you're using Mozilla, a much better web browser.  Just ignore IE.

I think it's better you uninstall Mozilla and use only explorer

Make sure your firewall isnt blocking IExploreer.exe.

Try another browser. I would only recommend IE (internet explorer) as a last resort, as i find it terribly awful. If you can, use the firefox browser, search for "safari browser" on google and download it for free. It is essentially a mac program, but has been enabled for windows use. It is very fast, but if this cannot be done, i would support IE is the only option.

Also, check your firewall to make sure the browser (s) aren't being blocked
